Woolworths was excellent

When purchasing a voucher and a card to place the voucher into, I accidentally tore the card. I offered to buy a new one but Sharlot and her manager made an exchange for me. That was going the extra mile for the customer! Well done to them both we were impressed and will certainly be heading back there for any shopping. Sharlot was extremely professional and polite and took care to explain the situation to the manager who handled the problem well. Tellers are exhausted from dealing with people all day long but these two ladies, especially Sharlot, made sure they treated the customer well.<br> <br> Well done Woolworths!
