Woolworths Walmer Park horrible customer service

Last week Wednesday I was at the Woolworths Walmer Park, paid for my items only to find out when I got home that they double debited my account. I informed the store and have yet to be refunded. Communication has stopped and I’ve been ignored. Utterly disappointed and frustrated. Needless to say they won’t see me again!
