Woolworths/ VVM Attorneys

After being retrenched in 2014, I went into debt consolidation. I pay a fixed amount to the Company and they devide it between the creditors as was agreed. I am paying every month, never skipped a month, but Woolworths have appointed these BULLDOGS- VVM Attorneys. They are relentlesss, calling upto 5 times per day from different numbers, sending emails with promises of reducing your debt by 40%. I am harrased by these BULLDOGS. The outstanding amounts is increasing.Woolies still send regular sms's, vouchers to spend, please pay with your Woolies card and get extra 10% off your purchases. How can I stop this? Iam 68 years old and cannot afford to pay any more. Woolworths - are being billed for their excellent and relentless service or is it added to my outstanding amount?
