Woolworths voucher of no value

I received a Woolworths quarterly voucher in the mail 2 days ago.It had already expired on 30/11/18.I called Woolworths and asked them to reissue it,since its not my fault I received it late.It also didnt appear on the Woolworths app.I was sent from pillar to post without any help.Eventually told Woolworths can do nothing.This is not service Woolworths.I spend hundreds of thousands per year using your credit card.You have effectively thus ****** R564.95 from me.
