A woolworths visa credit card was **********ly opened under my name. After being made aware of this, i called the ***** line twice where I spoke to Seth, I sent 3 emails to *** with a copy of my ID and affidavit. I also went to woolworths Menlyn four times to follow up on the ***** case where I had to give in the documents each time. I was told that the ***** case was opened and someone would call me back with feedback and that I would not be listed because woolworths knows it was not me. Last week I received an sms that I have been handed over to attorneys, the attorneys called me. I need woolworths to remove this listing and conclude their investigation.
