Woolworths V&A Waterfront charging for products you did not buy

Bought some groceries only to find that I’ve been charged (R189.99) for a product that I most definitely did not buy. When I phoned them I was told that their system does these ‘ghost charges’ and I must go back to get a refund. No wonder people are moving to Checkers . The inconvenience of having to go all the way back and I must mention their absolute lack of decent client service!
