WOOLWORTHS USELESS TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT

Its been weeks of non assistance with the APP technical issues , i have gone to four different stores for assistance CANAL WALK ,KENILWORTH, PROMANADE & ADDERLY STREET . I have been calling customer service and was given a reference number ( ***1(21 August 2025) after calling for weeks . I have uninstalled and reinstalled the APP with no luck none at these stores and customer service with their STUPID IT /TECHINICIANS can assist makes you wonder why their sales is declining .
