Woolworths useless store with a call centre then should fire

This store no response on payment to me but they immediately send a paid up letter I've been requesting a response more than 6years for repayment but out of both requests made they only sort the one for a letter and my initially request for ignored again only took note of request letter and their best line no direct line to call to resolve must send email and they know that u never get a response I call this store an unlimited fail no customer service their call centres famous line I can't help u need that department can anyone else who knows anything offer them some tips coz its obvious they don't have a clue how to fo their job i now know why checkers is kicking them solid in the market they have lost touch with reality and how to do things and they still haven't even contacted me maby I should just go the legal route because talking doesn't work
