Woolworths useless

I app**** for a black credit card about 4 to 5 weeks ago, and since then, I’ve only received repeated emails and messages asking for the same documents. I have sent my bank statements multiple times — at least eight — and have called their support team several times as well.

Despite all my efforts, nothing is progressing. It’s been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. At this point, it feels like a complete waste of time and money.

People should be cautious — this process has not been transparent or efficient, and it doesn’t inspire trust.
