Woolworths unable to return my product at Northgate store

Tried to return a duvet at Northgate Mall Woolworths after waiting for 1 hour in line was told that I could not return my bed linen at the store because they don't keep that product. Since when can u return at only Sandton City or Cresta!Such a waste of my Sunday. Definitly avoiding woolworths going forward. When I mentioned this to Cresta the lady that did my return confirmed that was not woolworths policy I can return at any store. Thankfully my woolworths nightmare has ended and I will be avoiding the store going forward.
