Woolworths unable to resolve delivery issue

I have been trying to resolve an issue with incomplete Clinique gifts received from Woolworths since I received them early September. At first I received only one of the two gifts but that gift had two items short. After many communications I received the second gift, but it was also incomplete. I explained to the online and customer service teams as well as the Facebook messenger team. The only answer I get is that they apologise and that they will escalate to the warehouse. The most recent response was that the items had no barcodes. This situation is unacceptable and time-consuming to resolve. The last response that I want is that the free gift items are depleted.
