Woolworths unable to change cell number on online profile

Hi Guys,

Im trying to logg in to the app to check balances and see the funds on the card,but its linked to a number thats not in use and i dont get the OTP.

I've tried sorteing this out in chat on FB with woolworths,they talking in riddles and not assisting.

Please can you assist as im trying to assist fam in KZN,not sure if you know what happened there?
