Woolworths Tygervalley

Good day. A short while ago I saw the that the CEO of Woolworths earn one big salary. We the customer support Woolworths almost weekly. My mother is lactose intolerant. First I had to fight for lactose free milk. Now for the past week no lactose free yogurt that I normally buy out of stock!I told the Woolworths managers on the floor you all standing here but you cannot assist. Then it is the buyer and then the system order the stuff and so story is an ongoing one. Last year they done the same, they took a lot of the lactose free off the shelve for Xmas! Do you know what it is to be lactose intolerant and also to suffer from IBS?

I cannot think that you care for one minute! You do have a call centre but they also cannot assist and so far never solved a problem!

Where is top management? Where is the CEO? For so many years I support Woolworths but not the same at all!
