Woolworths-****ty client experience

Having any product or association with Woolworths is like being in a very abusive relationship and taking in all forms of abuse. I should just close my CC with them now. I've had two instances of ***** with them and now I order something online only to be told the car was hijacked. Furthermore my refund was supposed to have been processed within 3-5working days. This was on the 31st and here we are, no comms, update or refund. I am absolutely appalled by this company and the ****ty client experience I've had with them. Talk about the "difference " indeed.

I need my money asap!!!!
