Woolworths Tubatse Crossing Mall- Horrible service

Burgersfort Tubatse crossing mall branch is the worst, poor customer service, under stocked & under staffed. I had to spend the whole day in the store because they were waiting for new stock which was received at 9am to b unpacked& brought to the floor. A day before I was told to come back as they were receiving more stock & the items I was looking for r part of that stock. When I arrived in the morning at 9am I was told to come back a bit later, I patiently waited until 14pm only to be told again to return the following day. And the following day still no stock 😠 How come u don’t have stock of school uniform in January knowing very well that schools r opening 👎🏽 And why make me waiting for 2 days for something u don’t have 😡No sense of urgency watsoever the manager wasn’t bothered by the fact that I waiting the whole day for two consecutive days for something extremely important. This was horrible experience I have ever experienced
