woolworths trolley jockeys

My 3 day old car got bumped by the Woolworths trolley jockeys (CSC group) because they were coming around the corner to fast and couldnt stop in time. I went in to Woolworths and a very helpfull Jacques came out to take the details and take pictures. After numerous phone calls, emails between him and the CSC group i still have not gotten this sorted out, i realised over the xmas period not much would happen but we already 6 weeks into the new year and still nothing. I would think Woolworths would have insurance agains stuff like this but i cant seem to get any resolution to having my car fixed. Now i must hear CSC group did not get the contract from Woolworths for this year but i dont see how that i suppose to be my problem.
