Woolworths treat their customers with disdain

My Woolworths statements are received on my email each month and paid in full on or before due date. On 16 May 20 I received the May statement reflecting an opening balance of R3729.84 and realised that this was in respect of April and ascertained that they had not emailed me the April statement. On the same day I emailed Woolworths requesting them to furnish me with the April statement to enable me to effect payment. No acknowledgment or reply received. On 18 May I received a message on my phone that R1045.00 is due by 9 Jun(sic) and on 19 May I received a call from their call centre advising that I was in arrears and "when am I going to pay"- I explained to the agent that I was waiting for the April statement and notwithstanding, that I had already paid the so called arrears. It was like water off a ducks back to explain anything to the call centre agent.A further letter was addressed to WW on 21 May requesting the April statement-no response. On 27 may a further letter was addressed to WW-auto reply- will respond within 72 hours !!!no further response. On 7 June I forwarded a further mail to WW with request to hand to senior Management/CEO -as at 16 June 2020 still no April statement or response. This is how Woolworths do business and treat their customers. They have clearly refined the meaning of the word ***********.
