Woolworths transphobic

Went to Woolworths stranger to pick up my card which I app**** for online,when they got back to us And I explained to them that I am transgender and i haven't gone through the process on changing my gender marker on my Id and my id picture was taken before I transitioned the lady on the phone said it was no problem and made a note on the system that I am transgender (ftm) But when I went to pick up the card and i gave them my Id and drivers They made it into a big joke and was literally shouting out to everyone that I am transgender I never felt more embarrassed in my life,but then I was told to get a letter from home affairs to say that I am transgender when I haven't even gone through the process of changing my id and a transgender person cannot just go to home affairs and get a letter Woolworths staff in South Africa need to be trained to handle situations with transgender individuals as I am utterly disgusted and disappointed I will never walk into a Woolworths store in my life after what I have experienced today My identity was made into a huge joke in front of the employees Even when I tried explaining no one wanted to listen Woolworths does not know how to handle transgender people!!!!
