Woolworths –train your people to respect customers

Like many professionals – I work in the Pretoria CBD , the closest Woolworths to me is Sammy Marks , I go to store a lot and my honest opinion is that the customer care at this shop is up to standard , but after this morning I really can’t leave it anymore , 1ste I went into the store , and wanted to get a pie , standing in front of the pie section , I could clearly see a person working there , I pressed the button 2 times , she just carried on doing her thing at the back , one of the packers tried to help me by calling out to her , she ignored us , after properly 7 min she came out and helped me , I then went to pay for the items that I took , and Lydia Hlalanjane helped me , after putting all my items out I asked for 2 plastic bags , when I started walking towards the area were you have to pack your items , she said to me no no no !!, I want the basket , I put it down on the ground after unpacking , I just looked at her , she got up from her chair , grabbed the basket , and brought it over to the other side with such force , that se nearly hit me against the head , I was blind of shock , and just signed and left , is this the kind of customer experience Woolworths want his clients to have ? Must the customer carry baskets around?
