Woolworths Top Useless Customer Care

Woolworths Head Office customer care is the most useless call centre I have ever encountered. This not being the first but 2nd time I had to sit for over half an hour to almost 2 hours trying to get customer care to answer the phone. Surprise, even though they are supposed to be on duty, they DO NOT answer the calls. Again i had to leave the shop in total embarrassment with a brand new credit card that ive used twice and now all of a sudden is not reading in the machines and therefore had to leave the groceries behind and left the shop....
