WOOLWORTHS TO BE NEVER USED FOR GIFTING (WOOLWORTHS I WANT MY GIFT VOUCHER AND MY PETROL MONEY )

our company used Woolworths to create woman's day voucher for the stuff in 2019.i then went to Richards bay Woolworths Boardwalk to claim my voucher , I received help from a lady who first check the voucher card and printed then amount to be R300 .she then rang the items which a I had selected ''the is now off line''i quote, she tried several other till the card now declared R0.00 .Ravenna who was the supervisor on shift tried to help, she made calls and emails, between 12 august 2019 till to date I have made more then 10 trips to the shop but this has not been resolved. ALL RICHARDS BAY WOOLWORTHS MANAGER DID NOTHING TO ASSIST leaving Ravenna to be the only person phoning Woolworths gift Department ,of which it was either the call is not being picked up and that who ever picked up has no idea of the progress of the matter. So as I type here it has been 5 months in 3 days, more then R500 worth of petrol as I stay 35 km to Richards bay =70 per trip =700km over =10 trips.
