Woolworths -think twice before you buy from them with your store card - they just want your money!

Spend about R20 000/month , mistakenly pay on closing balance instead of amount due ( Difference of just over 1% ) on due date and they charge me Interest ON THE FULL AMOUNT at 22.25% !!! I understand this is computer generates but when you request them reconsider based on monthly expenditure they simply decline and in the same sentence they ( Landi Ndudula) say" your relationship with us matters " Really ??? What do they know about valuing good loyal customers for over 15 years ?? Shocking !
