Woolworths theft

Items were ordered for myself and paid online. Included was 3 vouchers with a value of R500 EACH! I went to woolworths to use the vouchers only to be told at the pay point that there are NO funds on any cards. This is theft, issuing gift cards that have been paid for then delivering gift cards with no funds loaded Utterly disgusted
