Woolworths - #thedifference

I've recently purchased a cake from Woolies - at first it seemed quite moist, however the smell was hectic. Upon doing grocery shopping a week later, I mentioned it to the floor manager. He immediately offered me another cake and even brought it to me. A week later, I received an email and even a voucher sent to me. This is great service!
