Woolworths The Wedge Morningside - Shoddy care less attitude!

Click and Collect - The Wedge Morningside Woolworths Placed an order on click and collect - i had done it about 5 times previously with no issues - this time (Monday 22nd) i arrived at 10:15am to collect my order placed the previous day. When I got there, nobody was there to meet me as usual. I had to ask the security outside where the click and collect crew were, she had no idea - and went to call the manager for me. Manager came out and said they cancelled all orders, said he "thinks" its because of the taxi strike.. said i should have got a phone call... do you think i would have been there if i had a phone call ?? He could care less, his attitude for a supposed "branch manager" was pathetic - he really didn't care less that i came to fetch groceries and they were not there. Didnt apologise, didn't offer to sort it out for me, nothing. Meanwhile, i have been charged in full, and now i hear it takes 7 working days to be refunded ?!? Seriously poor show Woolworths !!!! Im really upset about this to a point i do not want to use this service again, NOR go back to Woo**** - The Wedge
