Woolworths the brand that is now *****ing from customers!

Yesterday I went to Woolies to buy a few groceries and they scanned one item 9 times which resulted in taking R1985.36 more from my card. I happened to check my receipt and I told them they had overcharged my card. Then they said it will take 7 days for the money to go back in my card. Who does this? They ***** from me, when I find this theft now they expect me to wait 7 days to return my money in January? Buyers be aware! Check your receipts otherwise Woolies is *****ing from you.

And I have noticed on several occasions wherein they charge more during payment than the price reflected on the till. This is clearly in contravention of the Consumer Protection Act. Buyers be aware!
