Woolworths The Grove Mall refusing to exchange a Jean for me

I bought 3 jeans which were on promotion during black Friday. Both of them were size 34. I fitted one on the day I purchased. It was a perfect fit. I wore the two after I purchased it and I was happy with the cut. I recently fitted the 3rd one, only to find that the cut is different from the 3 I bought. I went to Woolworths The Grove on 14 March 2023. Tsholo refused to assist me including her supervisor. They both claimed that I've worn it. How can I wear something that doesn't fit me. It has been in the paper bag ever since. I still have the receipt. All I want is to exchange for a perfect fit that fits me. They gave me the worst service.
