Woolworths, The Grove - bad service

In a very negative world we live in, I always only write good reviews about service I am happy with and ignore bad service. I just pity people that can't see the good side of life. This was until I walked into Woolworths, The Grove. I had to exchange something I've bought online and was treated like something the cat dragged in. Kept friendly throughout the whole process and queried a price on a sale item I was not sure about just to be told by the supervisor to "take it or leave it" Really wanted it so I took it, paid and left with a cheery good bey and "enjoy your weekend!" I've worked for Woolies as a student and would have been fired on the spot.
