WOOLWORTHS, THE DUMP.

APPALLING, DISGUSTED AND DISGRUNTLED by the repeated poor customer service by a brand you would deem as competent. The Greenacres branch really is putting a damper on the brand as a whole. Today I had a woolies dash order from the Greenacres branch and instead of the driver bringing it to the office of door or even standing in the parking lot like a normal person would, the Driver stood far from the building in the street, didn't bother to even look around him or drive towards the office building, decided that nobody is here (with a parking lot full of cars) and returned the order. And Woolworths is so useless they couldn't even re-assign a new drive to do the delivery and asked that I collect the order at the store. THEN WHAT THE FRICK IS THE POINT OF USING DASH??????? Let me also add that the supervisor **** about calling me for directions and the driver further **** about coming up to the door to ring the bell even though I was standing in the door trying to flag him down. What a waste of my time, I don't know why I still shop at Woolworths, they clearly do not care about customers at all. Even checkers is better than this dump of a place.
