WOOLWORTHS: TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM WOOLWORTHS CLICK AND COLLECT AND CUSTOMER SERVICES

Absolute terrible service from woolworths online and woolworths customer services. After receiving an e mail to tell me that my click and collect order is ready I arrive at the store to be told the trucks have not arrived yet. Race back home to attend to customers. Race back to Woolworths an hour later to receive another sms telling me my order is on route TO BE DELIVERED. Turn around race home to be in time to take delivery. NO delivery in site. 13:00 driver from DSV phone to ask where in Hazeldean must he deliver my order. NO WHY ON THIS EARTH WILL I ORDER FROM WOOLWORTHS IN HAZELDEAN TO DELIVER TO HAZELDEAN. Been on the phone since 13:30 to try and locate my order. 3 times Edward promise to phone back in 5 minutes..... I am still waiting. My guests is arriving in 30 minutes and I have no food to offer them, because I do not want ro buy a second lit of fresh produce in case the first order arrives. THIS IS BEYOND OUTRAGEOUS!
