Woolworths terrible service

The service is terrible, they offer a WhatsApp service but the agents never respond. You send countless emails all you get is a auto-reply. I'm shocked at this **** service. I keep getting the option to increase my credit limit and then it freezes asking for Proof of income which I send an till today no help was given. It's pathetic
