Woolworths Terrible Service

<p> </p> <p>I have Liked Woolworths at a time and found them to be Good Place, but NOT anymore after woolworths Service went down the Drain Like most of the Other Chainstores in South Africa ! I Battled to Change my e-mail address that i no longer use to a Postal Address and in 2yrs they could not accomplish this minor feat witch led to me closeing my account with them an looseing my Funeral Policy that i have been paying for +/- 15yrs. I mean what does it say about a company that can not do a small thing like do a change of address. I Filled in Forms, Called the Call Centre from their Stores and then made the Desision that the Only Good thing would be to Close the Account !! Their Staff, Call Centre Repetedly PRIMISED - Sir I and WE will make Sure that this Problem is NOW Corrected !!!!!! They ALL made FALSE PROMISES !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Now I say Thank You for your Empty Promises and BAD Service !!!! Bye For GOOD to WOOLWORTS and to any Next Retail Store that Can Not Deliver Good Service, Prices or Products. Now i can Understand why I Heard that MOST of the BIG Retail Stores are Declaired Bankrupt !!!!!!</p> <p> </p>
