Woolworths terrible customer services

I purchased ice creams on the Woolworths app last week,Woolworths debited my account twice,even after calling online customer services at which the consultant was totally useless had no response from Woolies,I was told a supervisor from the branch the delivery was made from would contact me regarding the issue... I still have heard from anyone,there was also no response to my emails
