Woolworths terrible customer care

I bought ready spiced chops. 2 packets. I cooked one packet and the chops were over salted over spiced smothered in rosemary and inedible. I complained to Woolworths consumer website. I just want a refund if my moneyBUT NO! They wanted all sorts of proof of purchase, now tell me that they are awaiting feedback from their food technician. What does that have to do with me? Many emails later, I am being given the run around. I’ve been a customer for over 50 years and they can’t even simply refund for 2 packets of chops!! And don’t try calling them, you will never be attended to and will be cut off. A frustrating experience which puts me off buying from them in future. No customer care.
