Woolworths _Tems ****** refusing to help

A few weeks ago, I left an item at Woolworth store Benoni. I was on the phone and forgot the parcel on the counter as I left. I went back t the store to ask security for help in finding the person who had taken my paid for items after I had left them there.

There was a security video of the person taking my items, but Store management does not want to me to see the video or assist in contacting the person who took the items after me.

I am so disappointed in Woolworths reaction in this matter.
