Woolworths tellers have attitude

On Thursday 2023-07-27 at about 12h15 I was at Woolworths Potchefstrroom in the Mooirivier mall, I was at the food section collecting all the items I needed, when I proceeded tot the till I produced the woolworths card and requested the lady to check the available balance. She said let me check something and indicated that the card is not mine, where I rep**** yes it is my wifes card,she just said"you will not be able to.purchase withthe card" I indicated that my wife is at work and cannot come to shop. She just continued to say I cannot purchase on the card,with an attitude. She didn't even try to explain that there maybe a policy to say the card holder alone must use the card. Woolworths Potchefstroom Mooirivier Mall shop.must teach their employees to treat customers with decency and not with an attitude. I had to leave the trollie of 7 items I wanted to buy just there.
