Woolworths taking money that do not belong to them

I have a woolworths account which was payed on time then it so happened that my vechile that i transported staff with broke down and my phone was ******. I received a email from woolworths and responded promptly on it explaining my situation and that as soon as my vechile is sorted will start paying on a weekly basis to get my account up to date. No feedback was given on my response untill i got a sms that my account was handed over. A demand was made that i must make arangements to pay. Ignoring this second sms immediate payment of 5 000 rand was demanded now i dont understand where this amount fits in the picture as woolworths are well aware of my situation and still decided to hand my account over. Now as long as i did not pay my accounts money increased which i did not have a problem with. My vechile i fixed and as i received my payment i paid 300 rand on my account expecting the full 300 rand to come off my account but no from that 300 rand some deductions was made which i dont understand and lo and behold sms no 3 treatening me with legal action because another 340 rand are demanded within 48 hours. What is so pathetic for me is i did not shy away from the first email received from woolworths and the mere fact that i was handed over without any further correspondence leaves a bad taste in a persons mouth and now all the treatening sms's is beyond believe. A person deaults and then starts paying because that is the right thing to do but then to be bombarded by a barrage of sms of a company you dont know is really not funny. Hope woolworths will keep up to its name and sort this mess out created by their employees. We all live in a world where nothing is perfect but atleast we need to be accomodating towards one another not if someone have a problem and it is brought under your attention and that person is eventualy starting to ome right again you want to milk that person for money that rightfully do not belong to you. Woolworths are currently robbing me of my hard earned sweat and that is totally unfair and immoral
