WOOLWORTHS TAKING FALSE INFORMATION FROM CONSUMER

I was really surprise to receive mail for my ex being posted to my address. Does woolworths not ask for supporting documents when a customer gives an address? the person hasnt lived here for 2 years and he is using this address *******ly! when calling Woolworths to inform them of this, i get told the person that opened the account must visit the store. Wow guys, he is not even planning on paying you and knows why he is using this address! if Woolworths is so strict when opening an account that gives credit at least validate the consumers information.
