Woolworths taking advantage of elderly people

My mother has a Woolworths and she added me on her card. I mostly use the card and my other sister oversees. I pay at Richards Bay brach and my sister pays using EFT referencing the card number.

My payments were allocated and payments made via EFT were not allocated. I have been enquiring since December 17, 2004 and sent proof of payments but I been sent from pillar to post.

This really unfair especially for an elderly person to come to the store and each every time we phone we get a different person who tells us a different answer.

Woolworths is taking advantage of my mother and its looks like *****.

Please send proof that money was allocated 😡😡😡😡😡
