Woolworths take 3 weeks to order pet mince

I requested Woolworths N1 City some time ago to order me 20 packs of their pet mince. this after they told me that it does not sell in their store and that is why they do not stock in anymore. I waited a week and contacted them again as I was told they have to get permission to order it. They said they will order it will take another week. that week passed and I asked again they stated it will take another week. After three weeks I just called and said they could cancel. since when does it take them this long to order. I have a dog with bad IBS and as this product is as good as pet mince get it came as a life saver. Now I have to phone Glen Garry, Pinelands and all other Woolworths stores for stock. so then I can feed my dog something that her system can cope with and then not. Pathetic really Woolworhts!
