Woolworths Table bay worst customer service

Rude and unprofessional customer service, placed an order via Dash and not all the things I ordered got delivered, the store says I must call customer service and customer service asked me why am I calling them. This is absurd spoke to Pedro and Alungile from Woolworths Table bay store and spoke to Neo and Sipho from customer service. Sipho put me on hole for 13 minutes and the call cut and still no one has come back to me. The worst service this is unacceptable. My order number ***
