Woolworths supplies inferior quality coffee! Don't buy! It damaged my machine & 3 weeks later, I still haven't been assisted.

Woolworths sold coffee with small, hard wooden pieces in it, that damaged my Smeg's grinder. I notified them 3 weeks ago, sent photo's & even supp**** pieces of the wood material for them to assess. No response & it was definitely Woolworths product that damaged my machine. The least they can do is replace my grinder, which costs R1700. Otherwise they should replace my new machine! Their quality control should be improved! Very disappointed!
