Woolworths Sucks

I had a woolies instore card in 2014, it was handed over because of non-payment and now that I have a stable job and would like to settle it, woolworths says they don't know who the account was handed to and this is really affecting me and impacting on my credit record negative. They are of no help and don't care even after I sent them countless emails and gave them a couple of phone calls asking for the account information and who or where to pay. Very bad service
