Woolworths, stuck in the dark ages!
What a useless process! I have a stupid my school card. I hate it! But there is no way for me to change it! I have tried (6 times) to register for wrewards but then get told on the site....blah, blah, blah....you are almost there download the app to get your card.....
That does not work! Then it says the system is down! Then you get told to visit a store to pick up a card..... So, in 2024, one has to still go to the store to get a loyalty card! How archaic!
It is so far from user-friendly that you need an air ticket to get even close!

27 Nov 2024, 14:49I have now tried calling them, multiple times, beside waiting forever for them to answer.....no help. All they can offer is to delete my profile! What a load of ****!!!! So whatever benefits that I have accumulated I must just throw away?????????????
