Woolworths, strive to do better

Both Woolworths Dash and Woolworths Delivery on-line clothes shopping are riddled with issues which have caused me tremendous frustration and disappointment. @Woolworths you should be striving to do so much better - your competitors are beating you hands down. And for each failed delivery you retain the delivery cost - so unprofessional. Also, your customer service operator had the audacity to tell me to go to the shop to fetch my delivery - this after I told her I’d had surgery and was in bed which is why I used the online option in the first place. What shocking service.
