Woolworths streaky bacon..ain't so streaky anymore

Hello.

I am a frequent buyer off woolworths streaky bacon for many years. I must admit, that Woolworths streaky bacon is one off the best when compared to other brands. However the concern that I have is with the 250g streaky bacon pack. Previously the pack should indicate a minimum of 10 slices per 250g pack. This is still shown on the Woolworths online website. However the actual packaging advertises a minimum off 8 slices...a discrepancy. This is actually a selling point that a diligent customer would observe, as competing bacon brands indicate a minimum off 8 slices for a 200g pack. Meaning, I previously would have preferred Woolworths 250g streaky bacon pack over other brands owing to the minimum slices advertised. This is no longer valid. I need not go into any further detail about pricing, as most competitor brands off bacon are traditionally lower priced when compared to Woolworths 250g bacon packs. Would appreciate that your streaky bacon 250g packages, re-state a minimum off 10 slices..."The difference"

Anyways, I raise the complaint to Woolworths custoner service and get a response back. The response is on another topic that is directed to another customer and not on the complaint I raised. Not sure if their customer services is that much customer orientated, as they are getting their wires crossed on customer feedback.
