Woolworths Store Card | Horrible Customer Service

Dear Woolworths,

Please HELP ME TO UNDERSTAND who gave you the permission/approval to increase my Store Card credit limit from R800 - R1030??? In my 6 years of having this card, the year 2021 was the year you Willy Nilly decided to go against my wish..... I demand an answer as to; 1. Why You decided that you will increase my credit limit 2. With who's consent/approval did you increase it? 3. What ONBOARDING document did I sign that gives you the permission to increase my credit limit? 4. I have logged TWO! Not 1 but 2, COMPLAINTS, a) *REF **** I had to call your call centre and was told that someone will give me a call with regards to this matter and when no one got back to me, b) *REF **** I had to go into one of your branches to SEEK AN EXPLANATION, which I didn't get and was told because of a document I signed that gave WOOLWORTHS permission to increase my limit ANNUALLY and when I asked for Proof of this document I had signed, some stuttering came about??? and if I had supposedly signed this document, why is it that in the past 6 years my limit was not increased??? and I was told that someone from YOUR PATHETIC credit call centre will give me a call with regards to this matter and TO-DATE, no one has called me for a RESOLUTION!!!! 5. WHAT attempts have been made to get a hold of me as when I skip payments YOU are able to get a hold of me through various sources of communication through your LEGAL TEAM NATIONWIDE????? 6. The increase on my fees, what is that aligned to? Is it aligned to "annual inreases", "increase on my credit limit", - Hlep me to understand this???? 7. What business conduct do you follow according to the POPIA Act and Treating Customers Fairly???

With what I have mentioned above, how have you made my moment with you memorable, what positive impact did this have on me??? How do you proceed to increase my limit without my consent? Are you not exposing me to RISK & ********** activities?
