Woolworths Store Card.

I had an account with Woolworths an called saying that I want to settle my account and I was told the account is sold to DMC and when contacted DMC they said they don't have the account on their system. I called Woolworths they said the account is not sold they would send me a prescription letter within 14 days and it past. After the 14day period they are saying that the Store Card account doesn't show on the system and I want to fix my credit profile.
