Woolworths Store Card EFT Payments

On the Woolworths Store Card Statement the banking details are NOT the EFT details. There is another account for EFT payments according to the Call Centre not reflected on the statement ? So the EFT payments that I have made with my account reference thereon to the account as detailed on the statement are sitting who knows where? Made out to be my fault as I must now send POPs and then phone to find out if received etc. Think they should get their act together imagine how much money is sitting in the nowhere and how much time is wasted.
