Woolworths store card application waste of time as you wait forever

Opening an account with Woolworths takes for ever. I app**** for store card on the 4th of November 2020 and I have not received a phone call from Woolworths even though that say you get a response within 48 hours and I have been calling there call center and being told my application is still pending since the 4th,but I send all the documentation that they needed.
